Meet Carrie, Award Winning LPN at Springfield Masonic Community! Carrie Wooten was selected to receive the Ohio Assisted Living Association Honoring Excellence Award 2019 for the Outstanding LPN, Assistant Director of Nursing category. We are always grateful for our nursing staff and the care and empathy the bring to our campuses every day.
