Conveniently located at the intersection of US Route 40 and US Route 68, Springfield Masonic Community is affectionately known as Springfield’s castle on the hill. On over 250 acres, residents enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment.

For more than 130 years, our mission has been to help you thrive. Springfield Masonic Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term skilled nursing care.
