Our Independent Living Villas
Our villa homes are the most popular option at Springfield Masonic Community. Our villa neighborhood includes around 100 homes with several floorplan options. There’s sure to be a villa that’s the right one for you. With our variety of villa options, prices start at $2,000 per month, including all utilities. While each floorplan is unique, they range from 1,250 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with other features you’ll love.

Our Independent Living Apartments
A villa isn’t always the best independent living choice. If you want less space to take care of, and the convenience of amenities just down the hall, an independent living apartment might be the right choice for you. You can enjoy all the benefits of maintenance-free living. But you can also take a short walk down the hall to visit the gift shop, enjoy free ice cream, or create something in the woodshop or art studio.
Our independent living apartments start at $2,160 per month, with a variety of floorplans so you can find the apartment that’s perfect for you.

Can I bring my pets?
Absolutely! We know furry friends are part of the family, and we love welcoming them into the community. If you have specific questions about our pet policy, we’re happy to answer them.
Are there entrance fees?
You may have seen that some communities charge large entrance fees up front. We want to keep things as simple, straightforward, and affordable as possible for you, so we never require entrance fees.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease or contract?
We know you’ll love living here, but we understand life happens and sometimes things change. We want you to have the freedom and flexibility to do what’s best for you and your family, so we just require 30-day notice if you need to move.
What if I move into independent living now and need more help later?
This is why it’s beneficial to choose a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). like Springfield Masonic Community. As your needs change, we’ll be there to support you every step of the way so you can keep living your best life. Our independent living residents get priority access to our assisted living and memory support neighborhoods, as well as our healthcare center, which offers short-term rehab and skilled nursing care.
Do I have to be Masonic?
No, Springfield Masonic Community is open to the public regardless of being Masonic or not. During the application process, we’ll ask about any Masonic affiliations, but we don’t use that information to decide if you’re eligible to live here.
