FAQs about Skilled Nursing and Rehab

Do you accept insurance?

Our Healthcare Center is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. We also accept most major private and long-term care insurance. Currently, we accept Anthem, Aetna, DevotedHealth, and Humana. Our admissions team is available to answer any questions about billing.

Are visitors allowed?

Absolutely! We encourage family and friends to visit with their loved ones as much as possible. There aren’t set visiting hours, so visitors can stop by whenever it’s most convenient for them. We recommend visitors be mindful of therapy schedules and ask that they not visit if they are ill.

What if someone’s needs change and they need more or less care?

Our person-centered approach meets each person, wherever they’re at, and recognizes that their needs will change over time. We’re proud to be Medina County’s only Continuing Care Retirement Community, offering independent and assisted living and memory care in addition to our Healthcare Center. Every day we strive to meet each person’s individual needs.

Do I have to be Masonic?

No, Western Reserve Masonic Community is open to the public regardless of being Masonic or not. During the application process, we’ll ask about any Masonic affiliations, but we don’t use that information to decide if you’re eligible to live here.
