Compassionate Support During Times of Grief

During times of loss, no one should have to navigate grief alone. Through our Masonic Bereavement Program, we provide compassionate support to Masonic and Eastern Star widows and widowers and their loved ones, helping them access helpful information, local resources, and ongoing connection during a difficult season of life.

How We Support You

When we learn of the passing of a spouse or loved one, our Bereavement Guide and Masons Care Guide are designed to offer guidance and comfort in the days ahead. These guides include helpful information on grief and loss, important documents and phone numbers to gather, contact information for the Community Outreach Coordinator closest to the individual, and materials tailored to their specific situation.

Our goal is to connect with individuals early, before challenges become a crisis, so we can serve as an advocate, provide support throughout the grieving process, and remain a trusted source of connection over time. In addition to the guides, individuals may also receive ongoing communication and follow-up support as needed.

The Masonic Bereavement Program is one way we live out our Masonic obligation of caring for our widows. Through partnerships with Lodges, Chapters, and our Masonic Volunteer Program, we extend additional support through personal outreach, connection, and care within local communities.

Providing updated contact information helps us connect individuals with resources, ongoing communication, and support. This information is never used for solicitation purposes, and individuals may opt out at any time.
