About Our Community

At Western Reserve Masonic Community, our mission is to empower you or your loved one to thrive. As the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in Medina County, we offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term skilled nursing care. No matter how much or little assistance is needed, we have you covered. We prioritize independence and adjust as needs change.
