Western Reserve Masonic Community and Medina County Alzheimer’s Walk
It was a crisp fall day with temperatures hovering in low 50’s on Sunday and Western Reserve Masonic Community joins Medina county’s Alzheimer’s Walk. The walk was held at the historical Medina Public Square. More than 235 walkers were registered for the event. Walkers could choose between a 1 mile walk and a 3 mile walk.
Again this year Western Reserve Masonic Community chose to be a sponsor for the event. There was a flower garden where participants could pick a colored flower that represents why they are walking with the hopes to ending this disease. Safety protocols including physical distancing, contactless registration, hand sanitizing stations and more were present to help keep walkers safe.
