Activated Insights Customer Experience Awards
We are excited to announce that all three of our campuses — Browning Masonic Community, Springfield Masonic Community, and Western Reserve Masonic Community — ranked within the Top 15% Activated Insights Customer Experience Awards!
The Activated Insights Customer Experience Awards recognize senior communities who that demonstrate exceptional resident care and satisfaction. These awards are based on feedback gathered through surveys from residents and families. The surveys evaluate areas such as quality of care, dining, activities, and overall experience.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Five-Star Quality Rating System
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help compare senior living communities based on overall quality, health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. Communities receive a rating from one to five stars, with five stars signifying an above-average rating.
Western Reserve Masonic Community – 5-Star Overall Rating
- National placement: Among the top 3,011 of 14,690 nursing homes nationwide, placing it in approximately the top 20.5% nationally.
- Ohio placement: Among the top 209 of 922 nursing homes in Ohio, placing it in approximately the top 22.7% statewide.

Western Reserve Masonic Community recently won Best Nursing Home and Best Assisted Living in the Medina Gazette’s Best of the Best! Local community members in Medina County nominate and vote for who they believe is the best of the best. We couldn’t be more honored to be recognized for our commitment to quality of care and resident experience.
Newsweek’s Best Nursing Homes
Both Springfield Masonic Community and Western Reserve Masonic Community ranked in America’s Best Nursing Homes for the third year in a row! For 2027, Springfield Masonic Community ranked at 23 and Western Reserve Masonic Community at 17.
Newsweek and Statista ranks the nation’s top senior living facilities in the America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026, evaluating communities based on quality measures, reputation, accreditations, and resident satisfaction. We are honored to be awarded for our commitment!
