Springfield Masonic Community’s Lunch and Learn

Springfield Masonic Community’s Lunch and Learn

Have you ever wanted to learn about setting up a power of attorney?  The guests who participated in the Springfield Masonic Community‘s Lunch and Learn heard all about that. Nearly 20 people from the surrounding communities visited SMC for a wonderful lunch and practical information from George H. Lovett, Attorney.  Mr. Lovett is a certified expert by the Ohio State Bar Association in Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate Law.  He has 32 years of experience practicing law in Ohio.

Mr. Lovett covered a variety of topics to include:

How to plan for long term health care

What financial options are available?

How to guarantee your health care wishes are carried out

How to legally protect your assets

New Medicaid laws

After the presentation, Mr. Lovett took the time to answer many questions.  He provided everyone with the opportunity for a free Health Care Power of Attorney as well as a Living Will.

Everyone walked away with an excellent education on what types of planning they need to consider for themselves and their families.
