Springfield Masonic Community Fish Fry

Springfield Masonic Community (SMC) members weren’t concerned that it was a cold, gloomy Friday night.  It was the annual Springfield Masonic Community Fish Fry and well over 150 people were in attendance.  Community members invited their family members and quite a few SMC employees celebrated the evening sitting side by side with the community members.

The delicious fish dinner along with side dishes like French fries and macaroni and cheese was enjoyed by everyone.  The line was endless and there
was plenty for those who wanted seconds.  Some people decided to carry out a second helping so they could enjoy the dinner again the next day.

As people finished their dinner, it was time for some games as well as drawings for some exciting prizes ranging from gift cards to gift baskets.  If you asked those in attendance what they thought of the evening, the answer was unanimous, “A huge success!”
