These services are typically covered through Medicare, supplemental insurance, and may have out-of-pocket co-pays or costs.

 

Can I bring my pets?

Absolutely! We know furry friends are part of the family, and we love welcoming them into our senior living community. If you have specific questions about our pet policy, we’re happy to answer them.

 

Are there entrance fees?

You may have seen that some senior living communities or nursing homes charge large entrance fees up front. We want to keep things as simple, straightforward, and affordable as possible for you, so we never require entrance fees.

 

Do I have to be Mason-affiliated?

No, our senior living community is open to the public regardless of being Masonic or not. During the application process we’ll ask about any Masonic affiliations, but we don’t use that information to decide if you’re eligible to live here.

 

Do I have to sign a long-term lease or contract?

We know you’ll love living here, but we understand life happens and sometimes things change. We want you to have the freedom and flexibility to do what’s best for you and your family, so we just require 30-day notice if you need to move.

 

Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid, or other private insurance?
