Introducing a newly formed program established to help our employees when they are in a time of need, the Employee HOPE Program. HOPE stands for Helping Our People Every day.

The program will be sustained by contributions from OMC employees through payroll deductions. The HOPE is that ALL of our employees will consider giving at some level so that collectively, we can care for one another when needed. Just $1 per pay period, per employee, would provide in excess of $15,000 in support per year. In addition, other donor directed gifts received for the Employee HOPE Program will be deposited accordingly.

Download the Employee Giving Form from here or see your campus HR Representative for an Employee Giving Form. Return the completed form to your HR Representative or send the completed form to The Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation.

How do I apply to receive a grant?

Please review the OMC HOPE Program Guidelines. Download and complete the OMC HOPE Grant Form application here or see your campus HR Representative for an application. Once you have completed your application, send the application and any supporting documentation to Rachael Kemnic at The Ohio Masonic Communties Foundation.
