The Great Place to Work Institute has honored The Ohio Masonic Communities with a Great Place to Work Certification! The process considered employee surveys. Great Place to Work is an independent research and consulting firm. It has evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These elements include employee pride in the organization’s community impact and belief that their work makes a difference. Rankings are based entirely on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
