Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, presents these awards.

What makes these awards especially meaningful is that residents and their families determine our success. Throughout the year, residents and their families participate in surveys that include both numeric ratings and detailed comments.

Pinnacle Quality Insight conducts the interview process in a unique way. Their team personally calls each resident or family member to gather feedback and ensure every voice is heard.

Ranking Among the top 15% of Care Providers Nationally

To receive the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, you must consistently rank among the top 15% of care providers nationally. The Ohio Masonic Communities strong dedication to continuous improvement and exceptional care secures their position among the top care providers nationwide. Over 150,000 interviews are conducted every year by Pinnacle Quality Insights at 2,700 locations across the country.
